Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our sales office located in Italy (EU).
Delivery time changes depending on selected Shipping Option and destination country.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Free Worldwide Shipping is untrackable and does not have any insurance.
Because of that if your package get lost or damaged we are unable to refund you.
The only thing that we can do in case of a lost package is to give you a copy of the receipt as a proof that the shipment was actually done.

It also doesn’t have expedited brokerage, which means packages can be held in customs for up to 4-6 weeks and this period will be summed to the 10/15 days usually required to reach your country.
Choose this free shipping option at your own risk.

 

Priority Mail International

Priority Mail International is fully insured. Tracking is also available but only inside italian borders: as soon as the package exits Italy it is no more trackable.
It reaches most of North America countries in 15 days on 85% shipments. If you need a faster shipping option you can consider the Express Saver.
Since every country has different rates which are sometimes quite variable this option is only available for United States and Canada.
If you live in some other country and you want to have insurance and tracking please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

 

DHL/UPS Express

DHL/UPS Express is trackable and insurance is available as an option. With insurance if your package gets lost we will fully refund you (including shipping cost).
We are also going to refund you if the package is damaged but you should notify that to the carrier when you receive it.
It is also much faster, it reaches North America and European countries in 2/5 working days.
If you live in a country for which there is no automatic shipping cost calculation during checkout please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

 

Order Processing Time

To process your order and proceed with the shipment we usually need 1~7 working days. If longer period are needed we will contact you and you can decide to confirm or cancel your order.

 

Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union can be subject to custom controls for duties and vat for import.
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing our products.
There is no way to predict your country’s customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees.

Keep a printout of your email receipt because your customs office may request you to have a copy of it. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc – we are unable to issue any refunds.

If our devices are, for some reason, not legal in your country keep in mind that you are the only responsible for importing them. Make sure that they are allowed in your area before placing an order.

We cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as “gift”, “sample”, “educational” or lower the values.
